I rarely read non-fiction unless it is a fun spiritual book, a devotional, or a biography of someone I'm interested in. This book doesn't fall into any of those categories, so it doesn't really pique my interest. The cover doesn't appeal to me and I'm not someone who deals with crippling anxiety, so I'm not the target for this book.
