not sure about this one

I'm not sure about the first chapter. I thought the wisdom drawn from Judaism was really interesting but I wasn't so sure about the message that therapy/medication doesn't work. Sure, it doesn't work for everyone, but it felt like the author was offering up this book as a method in replacement of treatment. I don't know. It just felt off to me.
