This one just didn't grip me. I don't read a lot of books like this so I wasn't sure what to expect exactly when I read the first look, but it just didn't grip me. It just isn't the type of self-help that I find particularly helpful personally. Certainly nothing wrong with others finding this helpful though, other people may get a lot out of it! Just not for me.
