There are so many self help books in the world and I'm just not into the craze. This book is definitely not for me and I can't say that the first impression was even that great. It just felt like she kept using the word I or me and I understand that that's the introduction but I don't like it. I wouldn't buy this book nor do I want a copy of it for review purposes. Sorry.
