This book is not my "cup of tea", meaning I have no interest in this book whatsoever. Books that are formatted this way always feel like I'm entering the "self-help" section of a bookstore....it's unpleasant and embarrassing all around and not something I would have any desire to pick up and read unless I was one of those "trying to find myself" type of women....which I'm not (thank god). Hard pass.
