Liked more than I thought I would

I am definitely not a self help reader. I don’t have anxiety (usually) so I thought this book was definitely not for me. Reading the introduction, though, left me completely surprised! The author is completely relatable and her stories and anecdotes are down to earth, despite her prestigious jobs and clearly privileged upbringing. I’d love to read more!
