I don't normally read self help books so I honestly wasn't very excited to see this on the list as this week's First Look. Once I began reading though, I did find the material interesting and the writing flowed very well and was engaging. I probably won't be reading the rest of this because it isn't my normal genre, but I would recommend it to people who read self help.
