Interesting and validating for women in the workplace

As a young Jewish woman navigating life and career, who observes Shabbat (the day of rest) every week, I was immediately drawn to this book. As I read the First Look, I'm not sure the advice and tone of this book is exactly my cup of tea, but I imagine it could be very helpful to many readers, especially women. I'd be interested in some of the later chapters that delve more deeply into certain tenets of Judaism (tikkun and tzedekah, for example) but I wasn't getting that in this introductory chapter.
