Interesting and Informative

I wasn’t sure what to expect going into this book. I don’t read many self help books because a lot of them can be repetitive, but this book seems interesting because it focuses on Jewish wisdom, which I know very little about. I can really relate to some of what the author mentioned, and this seems like it will be an informative read, especially if you suffer from anxiety.
