A cover is what initially pulls me to a book. This one is somewhat dull. The title kind of gives a peek into what the book is about--letting go of fear, and it doesn't appeal or apply to me either. It has a pretty narrow audience--someone who reads non-fiction and wishes to overcome their anxiety.
