At first look, this seemed pretty interesting. I read a lot of memoir/self-help types of books, so definitely right up my alley.

I struggle with anxiety on the daily, so I am always looking for new methods/ways of improving my reactions to my day to day struggles in life. It's also always good to get a fresh perspective on things - you might just find you can really relate and it may give you a whole new set of eyes on something you've been having a hard time with.
