This was probably one the most interesting books about family dynamics that I've ever read. It had strong Addams family vibes, and I thoroughly enjoyed it!

The Zarrins aren't your average dysfunctional family. We have wolves, witches, and a few other figures you don't fully understand until much later on. The main character Eleanor struggles to fit into her family of monsters and tries to hold everyone together after a family tragedy.

Though steeped in magical realism and fantasy, What Big Teeth examines the strength of family ties even in the midst of seemingly insurmountable odds.

Highly recommend this book if you, like me, loved the Addams Family and The Munsters growing up. :)

Overall, I gave this book a 4.5 out of 5 stars. It kept me entertained, kept me turning pages, and made me actually care about the main character and her family.
