I don't know why but the premise/cover seems reminiscent of this fairytale I used to hear about as a kid about a monster/spirit who doesn't have a lower face so they wear a mask. And if you're unkind to this spirit they curse you with misfortune. This also seems like a cool spin-off of the classing red riding hood fairytale which seems fun! I would love to read and review this on my insta, amazon, Goodreads, and other book sellers!
