Strange in a good way so far! This odd Gothic has tons of atmosphere and some interesting family dynamics for sure. It's all very cinematic too -- easy to picture everything in my head, like some weird Rob Zombie movie, if Rob Zombie did female-focused, teen-oriented horror-drama! I'm enjoying trying to piece together what's going on with everybody. And the ending of this First Look! Whoa! I will definitely read the whole book when it comes out.
