I am not really a fan of the cover art, as it is a little too overt for my liking. It makes it too obvious the subject matter of the book and does not do the writing justice. The author does a good job from the beginning setting the scene and I really was transported to the small town. This is a book that I was sure I would not like, so I am pleasantly surprised.
