From the intriguing cover to the opening format, I am drawn to this novel. I can already pick out in my mind particular students that will be thrilled to have this book in their hands. Although this is a fantasy/monster genre, it appears to have coming of age concepts in which many students can connect. I look forward to reading the entire book to form an even stronger impression of the remaining novel.
