This is such a unique story, unlike most other fantasy I have read. I am very interested in the magic system and how this whole mess is going to end up. The author has given us some world building, with the information about the usurper but l wish she has expanded on the religious system. I’m confused as to what dharma is and I want to know more about the many creatures there seem to be. This first impression has made me interested in reading the rest of the book and hopefully learning more about this world and the characters. And I love the Frankenstein vibes.
