Wow. It has been a while since a book drew me in so completely as We Shall Be Monsters did. Kajal is "awakened" into a deadly situation and jumps right into showing us how much of a badass she is. The world she lives in with superstitions, demons, witches, and monsters. As Kajal begins her quest to save her sister, she encounters darkness, death, but never gives up with her single-minded quest, and I am very curious to see how she continues!
