First: the blurb. I read so much I usually ignore them by now, but god do I want more. It’s a legend in the making, that’s what this is.
Second: the cover — absolutely stunning. I love this author; the Timekeeper series had me staying up until 4, and the cover had the perfect gothic vibe that the story has.
Third: the story. The first chapter pulls you in instantly, the first sentence even. Retellings with a twist have always been my forte, and a classic with mythology is always bound to be good. I can’t wait to see how Kajal manages her circumstances.
