Ms. Sims has a good imagination and is creative. She has set up several conflicts here with the blight and the idea of Kajal being able to bring her sister Lasya back to life. Then, there are those rebels who need to have their crown Prince revived. There’s a lot going on with this plot. I think there are young people who will enjoy this even though if’s not my type of book.
