This book is full of life, magic, and hope; in other worlds, a book that I was hoping to read for a long time. It mixes the ancient magic that was introduced since our childhood with Narnia, with the mature style and problematics of the adult world. Although I wasn't entirely sure what was happening at first, with all the names and new concepts, I still sprinted through the pages yearning to know what was going to happen next, and of course, who would win in this mystical race through magic land, where not everything is what it seems.
The story was filled with twists and turns that made the plot even more exiting. These changes also revealed features of the characters that could not be displayed otherwise.
The fact that this characters were shown at the most powerful as well as at their most weak times, made me feel a more intimate connection to them, which of course made the whole story better.
