I was not sure about reading it at first because I thought I was not into into this specific genre but then I realized it was romance. I saw many good things about this book on book tok. Many middle eastern fantasy books do not get much attention so I am glad this one did! I am middle eastern myself and it was just such a great experience. The author really di a wonderful job explaining things and all in all it was just a book I easily flew though. The characters own my heart the way the author made them extremely relatable and realistic. They had so much chemistry it was crazy! The fan art for this book is literally so good omg i always search them up to get an idea and when i first did i was really amazed. Yes this book was alike many YA fantasy novels with all the famous tropes but its actually so different because of the complex way the author made everything.
