This book is so amazing. It has great world building that makes you feel like your the main character. This book is an enemies to lovers trope so if you love that trope like me this book is perfect for you.this book is so beautifully written it amazed me. In this book there are two main characters Zafira and Nasir. Zafira is a woman disguised as a male, she is put on a quest to retrieve possession of a lost artifact. With this lost artifact in her possession she can restore magic in her home. Nasir is sent on a similar quest to retrieve the artifact but to also kill the hunter ( aka just Zafira). I find it a little heartbreaking that Zafira has to disguise herself as a male in order to do a “manly” task as if a female is not capable of the same task. When Zafira and Nasir meet he is supposed to kill her but instead they fall in love. This is a multiple book series but there all amazing.
