We Hunt The Flame was an extremely hyped book for me. Naturally, I went into it with very high expectations, and this book exceeded every single one of them. It's one of my favorite books ever, now.
I loved loved loved the world building. It was very intricate and well done. I wanted to travel to this world, and I wish the author will write more stories in this world in the future.
I loved all of the characters. Nazir, Zafira, and Altair had my whole heart. I loved Zafira and her bravery. However, I do wish that Nazir was explored more. I feel like his character was kind of lacking depth.
Altair, although I loved him, I feel like he was just there to fill the "funny side character" quota. I didn't really see much of a purpose to him actually being in the book.
