The beginning of this book seems promising, and I've heard an abundance of great things about this book. I like the character of Zafira thus far, and how she's upset about her best friend getting married. I think that's a real thing that isn't depicted a lot. I don't love that her guy friend is apparently in love with her. I just think that's an annoying trope.
