A Historical Mystery in the making
Elizabeth immediately stands out as a strong and well-thought out character. From the first few pages, her story felt real to me and I continued to read in hopes of learning more about her. She’s got quirks and is a headstrong woman, but you can also feel her need for justice.
It’s hard to tell after the first ten pages, but I feel like this story could possibly teach us something not only about the past, but also the way we look at things, and the importance of family.
