I think Nicole Ellis has a great concept for a book. It's wonderful to see a focus on women of color that have achieved success in the career paths that they are passionate about, and that those careers aren't relegated to one or industries. That being said, the profiles are almost too short. It feels like Ellis took a summary biography for each of the women and aggregated them into a single book. I want more information on each of these women.
