This story is full of secrets. I wonder if they will all be answered before Mama Letty pases and Avery and her family return to D.C? This book grabbed me from the beginning. I could imagine every street and house they passed. The smells of the old house seemed real to me. There is just enough description to get your imagination moving and demanding more. I can't wait to read the rest of this book.
