We Deserve Monuments is beautifully written. The characters are likable, realistic, and intriguing. Avery’s grandmother has cancer and needs help. She and her family movie in with “Mana Lettie”. This means that she is changing schools and neighborhood her senior year. And it looks like things are very different in this neighborhood than what she is used to.
