This is I believe a young adult book regarding the importance and beauty of family. I was intrigued from page one and it truly displays what people would do for their blood. Sunday was an interesting character and left her family four years ago which creates a mysterious aura around her character because you really want to know why did she go from loving and living with her family to not visiting or talking to them? Her family are introduced and a character I really like is Dennis, her older brother who has a daughter and is having trouble in his marriage.
You can see that they were very closely knit until something happened to break them apart and there is even mention of an old lover who is now Sunday's ex fiance. In short, I really like it and am so excited to read the entire book. It is so interesting about family, love and deceit and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good read!
