We are the Brennans has a really interesting backstory - a large Irish Catholic family has been fractured over the years and is now plagued with failing businesses and marriages. Sunday Brennan left four years ago, but, after a DUI, is now forced to return home to her family and ex-fiance to deal with the aftermath of the recent turmoil.
The jacket cover indicates that this is probably a story with Irish roots, but doesn't give away the plot. Overall, I felt like this First Look was extremely multi-faceted and is sure to be an interesting story. Can't wait to read more!
