The writing was okay, but nothings about the blurb or sample pulled me in or made me want to read more. The cover was okay, but again, if I passed it in a bookstore, it wouldn't grab me enough to buy it. And, it may seem minor, but Sunday and Kale for first names? I had a hard time looking past the vegetable to connect. There's nothing wrong with using average names.
