This was an amazing book that I couldn’t put down until the final page. Even when I was on the right track of figuring things out I still turned out to have pieces completely wrong. I loved the characters and the book layout was intriguing with pieces of the investigation sprinkled throughout the various perspectives of this quiet neighborhood where everyone has their secrets. It’s clear from the beginning that a crime has occurred but the exact details are revealed painstakingly slowly as the reader immerses themself into the drama of this neighborhood. I loved this book and the writing style, it was my first Lisa Jewel book but it will definitely not be my last. The plot is hard to describe without giving away too much, but I promise if you like thrillers this is a murder mystery that will keep you glued to the pages.
