Lisa Jewell honestly blew my mind with her talent in writing this amazing thriller! This novel was thrilling, suspenseful, and very well written. This novel had many characters, which is very important to follow along with to make sure you fully understand the importance of each one. If you do not understand the characters then the ending will be extremely hard to understand. Their are a few very important characters. One has a very dark secret from their past, that only one person is aware of. As you move forward in the novel you will start to see the unraveling of the dark secret. While unraveling their is a lot of things that happen to make you think that everyone else is to blame, but the entire time they were just the victim. This has some love scandals in it as well, that will keep you interested as well, so it is not all dark!
