The book opens with a murder investigation, then goes to introduce you to the main characters, Joey & her brother, then you get to read the transcript of o police interview between Joey & a detective. Then it jumps back to the story of how Joey meets the neighbor from down the street, who presumably is the murdered party.
So there are lots of questions to start with and i’m Looking forward to seeing where it all goes. Joey seems to be a flighty girl who seems to already be regretting her impetuous marriage to someone she met while overseas & then brought home with her to live in her older, much more successful brother’s guest room. Obviously something happens between Joey & the neighbor....but what?
