Watching You is a great book that made me feel like there could always be someone watching me...even if I'm oblivious to it. That is sort of disturbing, to be quite honest.

I enjoyed the plot and how Ms. Jewell fleshed out the main characters, and although some areas of the story were predictable, I did NOT anticipate the ending (or Joey's sister-in-law's stunning involvement.) I liked Freddie, Tom's son, and I suspected he was a good kid who was just misunderstood. I felt bad for Jenna, being shouldered with her mother's mental health issues (although it turns out she wasn't as batty as everyone assumed.) I found Joey's character relatable, and I was happy to read that she and her brother ended up raising the baby.

Overall, this was a good book, and a great introduction to anyone unfamiliar with Lisa Jewell.
