This woman knows how to write. She is far and away one of my favorite authors, and she has knocked it out of the park again. I love how Jewell writes her characters. I always think I know them, but I am constantly surprised.
This book opens on a murder scene and leaves the reader to guess who was killed, and why. I tore through this book and was on the edge of my seat the entire time. The way this book is written, you are forced into the perspective of the different characters, and those that they are watching. This was my fourth book by this author, and I am just thankful that she has more because she has become an instant favorite for me. I would recommend this book and anything else written by Jewell to anyone.
