I was hooked with the Prologue. The first few pages begin with a bloody body. Immediately I want to know the answers to two questions: who’s the body and who did it? Love the structure of alternating the narrative with snippets of the police report. Hope that style continues throughout as it builds up the mystery and the reader has to try to piece it together.
