Starts off on with the aftermath of a murder and then works backwards while introducing our main character and perhaps suspect, which becomes clearer when the author picks up the thread of the mystery as well to also move forward from the prologue. Luckily, this isn't nearly as confusing as it sounds. Needless to say, I'm hooked.
