This glimpse will haunt me until I finish Mila's story

I absolutely love this story so far! Mila's characterization and personality keep me reading, wanting to know more about her origin story. The chilling response at the end of the first chapter about the resurgence of her buried past and hurting others? Sold. Take my money, I need this book now!

I mean, as if I needed to even read the sample given the cover! It's gorgeous! I've read the author's other work and I expected nothing less. I can't wait to see how this story plays out!
