As I read the First Look for this book I felt it flowed very well telling the story of Mila who has aged out of foster care. Now moving on to a new opportunity at a new home and lifestyle she is hopeful and nervous. She is warned there are ghosts, but she is not alarmed when she sees them. So far so good, then whoa, creepy poppies!
