Intriguing happiness on a farm with secrets

So the main lady of the book (Mila) has just finished high school, and got accepted to intern on a farm in the middle of nowhere. The farm is set up like a boarding school for foster kids to grow up in a safe happy place. There are some high schoolers there, and a bunch of very young children, as well as 1 middle aged kid (around 9 or 10) named Lee.

Mila herself was in the foster care system for a few years, after some abuse from a man her mother was dating (at least that is what it seams). Mila main job is to help Lee with his school work, much like a private tutor. Luckily the two seam to connect and get long very well. It seams like she gets along well with everyone at the farm. Life seams like it could be really really good here...

The only problem is that it seams someone/something has it out for her. A kind of flower from her past was left on her door step as a message to her on the last page.

And there are ghosts here. As in, everybody sees them at night, and they dance openly and innocently in the fields. There are a few ghosts that don't seam so innocent, but no malevolence yet. Nobody who lives on the farm is scared by the ghosts either (a little odd but not outside the realm of possibility).

The ghosts would not be worrying, if not for the fact that in her past, her abuser gas lit Mila into believing a lady who she saw was actually a ghost.

Lots of potential intrigue on this farm for Mila. So far, very good story!
