This book sounds like a good end of summer read. Mila is a character that could be slightly unreliable as she keeps having flashbacks to her childhood. I'm interested to see what her childhood and the flashbacks have to do with her new current life living on the farm. The farm itself seems a little strange, but interesting. I don't exactly get the homeschooling set up yet, but I'm hoping that changes once I get to read the full book!
