I have read several Nina LaCour books, but I was so thrilled to see that she is branching out from her YA roots to incorporate a bit of horror! I think Mila’s journey as teacher at the farmhouse is going to be fascinating and I was drawn in right away. I think between learning about Mila’s checkered past and learning the origins of the ghostly inhabitants of the farmhouse, this will be an engrossing read!
