You can't end a First Look like that, it's just cruel!!! First off, I love the tech in this. I really love futuristic sci-fi where the author comes up with crazy awesome tech that would be amazing to have IRL. The tech alone could keep me hooked. Throw in the distraught future of the Earth, covered in radiation and rust, the Whites leaving for space well the ones left behind war with each other, and I am so sold on this book. But that ending. Oh, that ending. You hooked me good with this one!
