The writing is great in that it's very easy to follow but you get so much out of it in terms of the character we follow as well as the world building needed to be set up in the beginning. I am all for more writers of color penning Sci-Fi/Cyberpunk type stories and this one definitely gave me some pretty great Alita Battle Angel vibes.
