The plot sounds really interesting but the writing throws me off. The author is really fantastic when describing the scenery or what's going around the main character, but once they get into describing the main character and what she looks like/ what she's doing, the writing gets lost. It's repetitive and the sentences are short and clipped. That would make me a little nervous when picking up the book.
