This novel is unlike anything I have ever read. It starts out confusing and weird and you have no idea what is going on. However, I implore you to keep reading. It is one of the most true, realistic yet still magical and charming love stories I have ever read. I am absolutely obsessed with the notion that there is a mind out there that could come up with such a unique, captivating, and short novel. Both of our female protagonists I rooted for, and I was not just rooting for them to end up with the right guy, but for them to be happy and respected as well. This book is also so accurate in its descriptions of not just what it is like in a toxic relationship, but why it feels almost impossible to get out of one, even when the chance at a better future is waiting for you in the driveway. I cannot recommend this novel more, women will find it incredibly relatable, and men will find it incredibly eye-opening.
