The description was giving me Jasper Fforde "The Eyre Affair"/Thursday Next vibes, so I had to check it out. Plus, I love a good silhouette cover and that's a pretty good one. Some of the stereotypes being humorously bandied about in the first chapter give me pause, but the concept of an unused, ill-fitting book character stranded in her writer's mind, trying to free herself, contend with another misplaced character, and help her writer through a tough time is really interesting. And what DOES happen to Trevor and his ... parts ... in chapter sixteen of "The Presidents Been Stolen"?? I'm not sure I want to know, but I feel like I kind of need to.
