I was immediately drawn to this book because of its cover, then after reading the blurb I was even more excited to start reading the first impression. This, however, is when I was hit with a slight disappointment. I was not drawn into the beginning of this book like I was hoping. I found the first chapter drawn out and, although detailed, it lacked the details I wanted to begin to build the story. The second chapter was more intriguing and made me want to continue to read to find out what happens. Right now for me this book is a maybe.
